Supply Chain Management Dept. Head (SCM Dept. Head)

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from Industrial Engineering / Management Economic

Maximum age 40 years old

Understand basic concept of supply chain

Understand and experience in purchasing, warehousing, inventory planning and distribution.

Minimum 5 years experience in logistics, warehousing and purchasing, preferable have 2 year managerial background.

Computer literacy is a must (Ms. Office and email)

Good command in English both oral and written

Having leadership skill, negotiation skill and strategic thinking skill

Can work independently or in a team

Hardworking, detail oriented, able to work under pressure and proactive

Ability to work multitasking, fast response

Willing to be placed at Medan

Job Description:

Lead the site’s supply chain team that consist of import, PPIC & warehouse and purchasing fuctions.

Plan, organize and manage all the supply chain fuctions on site.

Communication and coordination with SCM fuction at Head Office (HO).

Coordinating with PPIC HO to manage and monitoring all warehouse activities and develop or improve strategic operation to support users need.

Coordinating with Logistics Department HO on Manage and monitoring all logistics and distribution activities.

Coordinating with procurement Departement HO. Manage on monitoring all procurement activities including contract / agreement activity, and expediting procurement process on site.

Work closely with management or support site management in supply chain improving process

Work closely with user to support site operation effectively

Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities for site supply chain area activity.

Propose cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity in site area.

Develop continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, productivity and customer services.

Stay up-to-date with target customers, market and its supply chains issues.

Coordinate with all Managers to meet or exceed customer demands.

Ensure and monitor KPI achievement for the whole supply chain’s site process.
